Dr. Kagiso Ndlovu is a Digital Health and Health Informatics expert with over 15 years of experience in eHealth, telemedicine, and digital health transformation. He currently heads Research Information and Data Management at the University of Botswana, chairs the Botswana Digital Health Technical Working Group, and has led national digital health initiatives, research, and capacity-building programs.

Dr Mauco has an MSc in Applied Microbiology and a PhD in Telehealth (University of KwaZulu-Natal). An avid e-health researcher with research interests focused on creating evidence and policies to guide the implementation of e-health in developing countries. He also currently serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Medical Internet Research.

Star Chibemba is a Health Information and Informatics Specialist with 8+ years of experience driving digital transformation, Information management systems implementation and optimization, data governance in high-volume healthcare institutions. Star currently coordinates Health Informatics activities at Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital.
